What are the shipping charges for domestic and international orders?
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within India. For international orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight of the package.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment in real-time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact. Please initiate the process through our Returns Portal.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes within India.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, due to photographic lighting and different screen calibrations, slight color variations may occur.
Do you provide customization or stitching services?
Currently, we sell ready-to-wear and unstitched collections as shown. We do not offer custom tailoring or alteration services at this time.
